[Point Taken from Canon] Chapter 294 right after the referee signalled the start of the match.
[Age] Looks around 17ish lets say. However he encountered an age based seal in his canon which implies he is well over 100 years old.

[Hair Color]Pink Salmon
[Height] errr...don't know actually. Not all that tall though. Gildarts is still a mountain compared to him.

Natsu is a very loud and energetic individual.
He is completely loyal to those he befriends and fiercely determined in the face of adversity. Anyone who harms his friends becomes a high priority target and he will stop at nothing to make sure they pay with interest for their transgression.
More often than not, Natsu is described as being headstrong because of that and that would not be a mistaken acusastion. He can be fairly simplistic when faced with a challenge, taking the direct approach or charging headfirst into a fight even if the odds are completely stacked against him. Even so he is not entirely hopeless when it comes to strategy.
Because he likes to partake in fights so often, Natsu is the type to quickly spot weaknesses in his opponents and come up with ideas and tricks to exploit them. Some can be fairly outlandish like using his firebreath after sticking his head into the ground in order to destroy an enemy's footing. He has also shown to be able to defeat an enemy with wit alone providing that enemy is not exactly the brightest person in the world. Sadly this only applies in battles where as in every day life, he has constantly shown a massive lack of common sense, much to the frustration of his friends.
He can get fairly vindictive against an enemy who harms the guild as a whole or one of the people most important to him. However if the other were to show signs of true regret for past actions, he will forgive them eventually.
Once such example would be Jellal who attempted to sacrifice Erza for the sake of his scheme. Later on when Jellal returned, Natsu still held a grudge against him and it was not until the other took a blow meant for Natsu, that the dragon slayer finally was able to trust him to the point that he was even willing to take on the army when they arrived to take him away for his past crimes. He knew how much he meant to Erza and it took her command for him to stop despite the hopeless odds.
Another example was when Cobra was betrayed by his own comrades. At the time Natsu expressed his sympathy followed by anger for the betrayal even though he had fought a very fierce battle with the man only moments prior.
Natsu always strives to prove his strength. He tends to pick fights and start brawls with those close to him be they close friend or not. Mirajane, Erza, Laxus and even the strongest member of the guild, Gildarts are often the people he likes to challenge to a fight, constantly saying he would beat them at last even if every time he ends up taken out with complete ease. However that is not because he is weak.
He is still quite young in terms of experience if not physical age and his potential has been acknowledged by many of those he has challenged in the past. He also never holds a grudge when losing against them since he sees every member of the guild as his family. This is most likely connected to the fact that Igneel inexplicably abandoned him when he was a small child.

[Affection] He's not the mushy type. Other characters are welcome to hug, hold his hand, kiss him but he's unlikely to respond as some might expect. He's dense in that field more than in any other.
[Fighting] Oh hell yes. He loves fighting and the stronger the better.
[Other Permissions] It's better if no one tells him he's a character in an anime or manga. Then again if someone explained it to him...he'd probably find it cool. Then I guess it doesn't really matter since he's kind of thick like that.
